Calling
We work with clients throughout the day, so most callbacks will be done either at the end of our work day - if it isn't too late in the evening - or the following morning.
Texting
We can usually answer texts between clients.
If you need an answer quickly and you are comfortable texting, please do so!
Emailing
We won't lie... we don't check our email often.
If for some reason you have not received a reply to your email within 24 hours, please call or text!
Timing
Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Arriving late may reduce the time available for your service, and shortened services will still be charged at the full rate.
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late will be automatically rescheduled, and a same-day cancellation fee of 50% of the missed service(s) will apply.
Rescheduling &
Cancelations
If you choose to reschedule or cancel any service with less than 48 hours’ notice, including same-day cancellations, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged to account for the reserved time. This policy helps protect our providers’ schedules and ensures our time is used efficiently.
This includes secondary services.
***Any client who No Call/No Shows shall be banned from future bookings and will be charged 100% of their booked services.
Refund Policy
When you book a service, you are paying for your provider’s time, products, and the resources required to deliver that service. For this reason, all services are non-refundable.
If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can discuss your concerns. If a secondary service is deemed appropriate, it will be scheduled accordingly.
Product sales are final and non-refundable unless the item is returned unopened and in its original packaging.
